You don't build something like Dock Dust overnight. It came from long days, hard lessons, and a whole lot of time around boiling pots, family tables, and figuring life out the real way.
I'm from South Louisiana, where food isn't just food—it's how we connect. Crawfish boils, shrimp on ice, white boot wearing, crab trap running, seasoning flying everywhere… that's where this all started.
My dad started our crab business over 30 years ago and built it from the ground up. He built not only a business, but a legacy. I grew up watching what real hustle looks like—early mornings, late nights, doing whatever it takes to provide. Over time, he handed it down to me and my siblings, and with that came more than a business. It came with a standard.
Through every season of life, God has been faithful. There have been blessings I never saw coming, doors that opened when I didn’t know how they would, and lessons learned through challenges that made me stronger. My faith reminds me daily that everything I have is a gift, and that I’m called to use it to serve others, work hard, and lead my family well. I give all glory to Jesus for every accomplishment and achievement through all of my life . John 10:10
That mindset carried into everything I do.
Today, I'm a husband, a father, and a business owner. My wife holds it down in ways people don't always see, and my daughters are my reason for going harder every single day. Family first, always.
Dock Dust came from that same foundation. I wanted a seasoning that hits right every time—nothing too salty, nothing overpowering, just straight flavor. Something you can throw on anything and know it's going to come out right.
